Express Delivery & prices is available for the areas listed below.

Q. How long does Delivery usually take?
Depending on your location, delivery times will vary. Beebiesmart.com will process your order within 24 hours, with your order shipping out within the next 24 hours.

West Malaysia 1- 3 days
East Malaysia 4 – 7 days

Yes you should! Register with us to make checkout a breeze, trace your previous and current orders, and most important of all, to collect *Loyalty Points!

Q. Can I Cancel an existing order?
Yes, but only IF the order is “pending”. Status: Pending
No, IF orders have been shipped. Status: Shipping/Shipped.

IF your order still has the status “Pending”, you can Email or Whatsapp us.

Email:
1. Send us an email, with the message title: “Request to Cancel Order: Order No. xxxxxxx”.
2. Be sure to include your order number in the message title, and in the email itself.

Whatsapp:
1. Send us a whatsapp message to +6016 917 1197
2. Send us a message, “Request to Cancel: Order No: xxxxxxx”

 

Q. Can I Edit an existing order?
Yes, but only IF the order is “pending”. Status: Pending

3. Once your order is cancelled, please proceed to Beebiesmart.com to make your purchase.

 

Q. What is the transaction currency on Beebiesmart?
All product transactions will be made in/converted to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

 

Q. What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Beebiesmart.com stands by all our products and services, and that all sales are final. But should your item come damaged or faulty, please take a video clip of the product and sent it to us for verification. Beebiesmart.com will only entertain Return & Refund cases in which the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival for a new replacement of the exact item. 

Send email with:
1. Order Number
2. Video clip of damaged package
3. Await response from us
4. Once verified, pack damaged products with receipt and send it to the address listed below
5. Upon receiving your package, Beebiesmart will ship out a new replacement of that item.

Please Note:

*Damaged or faulty product and its packaging should be sent back to Beebiesmart.
*Beebiesmart will only entertain Return & Exchange cases in which the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Beebiesmart will only accept Returns of the damaged/faulty product in Exchange for a new replacement of the exact item.

Please note that all live animal orders do not come with DOA insurance as we cannot guarantee treatment by the post facilities or postman.
